A baker in Salt Lake City, Utah found that gluten and grains simply did not agree with everyone’s digestive systems so she got to work developing recipes that are grain-free and nutrient-rich. The bonus? Her offerings are amazingly tasty, filling a need in the gluten-free baked goods world for yummy breads and cookies sans grains.
