In 2018 Portland-based home baker Razi developed a foolproof shortcut for making French macarons in her kitchen in three simple steps. Delighted that these delicate, pastry chef-level cookies could be mastered at home, she and her partner formed Saëna Baking Company and launched Angel Bake.
